Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can get help for my fiance, because she has MS and we are having problems with a medical supplier that is telling her that the powerchair that they got for her (that does not work for her) that they will not pick it up. They are tellng her that they will pick it up, but she will have problems with medicare to get her a new chair. This chair is one of the top line, but is too hard for her to handle. They gave her a loaner so she can get around. Now its been a year since she received this chair and they are telling her that the money they will have to pay medicare is a substancial amount. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
