- About me
I was the first woman supervisor in a post office and was threatened and stalked by a male co-worker.
I was off work for over three years until I was returned to duty in 1999.
I was fully restored to my prior injury status until 2009 when the USPS lied in order to take away my exempt status.
I filed an EEO complaint as well as a recurrence of disability for workers comp. I was turned down by workers comp and the USPS dismissed by EEO.
I am currently in litigation with the USPS and now have retained an attorney for workers comp because they keep turning me down saying that I cannot casually link my PTSD to my being off from work. I did not have PTSD until the death threat which happened on the job. The perpetrator has been collecting workers comp for about 15 years as a result of his death threat towards me.
Hopefully, it will all work out.
