  • We will explain the whole process of cleaning in two simple steps: The first one is about the oven itself and the second about oven’s window. You will need to following things in order to clean your oven well: baking soda, water, spray bottle, a small bowl, vinegar and a rag. This is how you should clean your oven: 1. Remove the oven’s racks 2. Make a mixture using a couple of tablespoons of baking soda in combination with some water. Place the mixture in a bowl. The goal when preparing this mixture is to gain a paste that can easily be spread onto the surfaces which needs cleaning. 3. Spread the whole paste on the inside of your oven. The baking soda should turn brown. 4. Leave your oven like this overnight. 12 hours need to pass in ...

  • I was going to release this as my next guide however I have decided to share it instead via a post. I want to start this article by letting you know that I am not a health guru, I’m not a fitness freak, I don’t even go to the gym, and I’m not a medical expert in any way.  I am an ordinary guy who wanted to lose a few pounds and accidentally discovered a way to do this, and I am so excited to share what I discovered as I know it can work for you too. What I am going to tell you is not rocket science and it’s not a new discovery, many people have already benefited from the information I am about to share with you.  However, I discovered this for myself completely by accident without reading any books, without consulting a health guru and ha ...

  • Posted a new discussion, Pepperoni Pizza Cake Recipe
This Pepperoni Pizza Cake recipe shared by Pillsbury/Shawn Syphus is taking the internet by storm. The recipe was originally shared by the So Good Blog. Want one? Here’s how you make it: “Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Start by finding a pan that has tall sides, like this cake pan. The bottom does not need to be removable like this one. It could even be a square pan, if you can’t find a circular one.” “Start by unrolling your pizza dough and pressing it out into an even layer. Cut out three 6-inch circles (or the size needed to fit the bottom of your pan).” “Bake the circles on a lightly greased baking sheet for just eight minutes, then remove them from the pan and cool. Open up the second pizza dough and cut two 6-inch circles a ...

Cilantro is a phenomenal herb that is packed with vitamins A, K, & C, minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium, and has more antioxidants than most fruits or vegetables. Cilantro is a remarkable heavy-metal detoxifier and is able to remove mercury and aluminum from where it is stored in the adipose (fat) tissues. Cilantro is also able to mobilize mercury rapidly from the brain and central nervous system by separating it from the fat tissue and moving into the blood & lymph where when combined with a blue green algae such as spirulina it can be removed safely and effectively from the body. Cilantro & blue green algae used together is a winning combination and a natural miracle that has given tremendous re ...

  • I stay away from chemicals as best I can. Sometimes we forget that some of the best solutions are natural. Borax has long been used for ant control. February 15, 2010 Every summer I get an attack of the ants on my kitchen counter. They're really tiny ants. And when they first show up, there are only a few, maybe a half dozen. My reflex instinct is to just squash 'em. But sure enough the next day there are another half dozen meandering around. So, I came up with a better solution. And that is to make a solution of Borax Ant Bait. The recipe is listed below. But it's the middle of winter now, so why am I jabbering on about my ant problem? Well, just like the winter Olympics, the ants have moved North and they're in my upstairs bathroom. ...

  • Perfect as a side dish or a main course all on its own, the French-inspired cauliflower gratin is a great way to incorporate this vegetable onto your dinner table. A simple mixture of milk, cheese, butter, and cauliflower, this recipe is pretty easy to make. You can play around with lots of different cheeses, though many agree that Gruyere is a traditional choice for the dish.  If you can’t find Gruyere, some good substitutes would be Fontina, Comte, or Beaufort cheese. One of these options should be available in your local grocery store, though cheddar could also work if you can't find these substitutes. Some people add a bit of mustard flavor or chopped nuts, but we’d say that keeping it simple works perfectly. Though going half-and-hal ...

Read this In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu... Many of the farmers and their families had contracted it and many died. The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when ...

Experts from different areas of specialty explain why they won’t eat these eight foods. Clean eating means choosing fruits, vegetables, and meats that are raised, grown, and sold with minimal processing. Often they’re organic, and rarely (if ever) should they contain additives. But in some cases, the methods of today’s food producers are neither clean nor sustainable. The result is damage to our health, the environment, or both. This method is ideal to use for herbs, because it keeps them fresh without a lot of fancy equipment or time. • Posted a new discussion, Iron Rich Chia Pudding Recipe
